Payment of Dividend

Members are requested to update their addresses and bank account details after implementation of Core Banking Solutions immediately.

Members holding shares in the Demat mode may update their bank account details in the prescribed form to their respective Depository Participants.

Members holdings shares in physical form are encouraged to utilize the National Electronic Clearing System (NECS) for receiving dividends and are requested to complete the enclosed NECS Mandate form and forward the same to the Company or the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent at the earliest.
